This Privacy Policy explains how EonKarma Global LLC ("EonKarma," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the EonKarma application (the "Service"). By using EonKarma, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what's needed to run EonKarma and keep your account secure:

• Account information: your email address, phone number, and a chosen in-app game username. We do not require your real legal name to create an account.
• Health data: information you choose to enter into Health, Weightlifting, or other wellness tracking features.
• Financial data: if you connect a bank account via Plaid, we receive read-only access to account balances and transaction history you authorize. EonKarma does not have the ability to move money out of your accounts.
• Personal entries: journal, diary, and reflection entries you create within the app.
• Household information: if you add household or family members to your account, information about those members that you choose to provide.
• Location information: only if you use a feature that requires it (such as searching for nearby places), and only with your permission.
• Usage and device information: basic technical data (such as IP address and device type) collected automatically to help us secure and operate the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To send you account security notifications, such as alerts about suspicious login activity, password changes, or account status changes, via email and/or text message.
• To process payments for optional premium features via our payment processor.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security threats.

3. Text Message and Email Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive account-related security and service notifications from EonKarma via SMS text message. Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of non-essential text notifications at any time through your account settings, or by replying STOP to any message. Essential account-security notices may continue via email even if SMS is disabled. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at the email below.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of service providers, each of whom is contractually limited to using it only to provide their service to us:

• Plaid — to securely connect your bank account, if you choose to link one.
• Our payment processor — to process payments for optional premium features.
• Amazon Web Services — to host the Service and store data securely.
• Communications providers — to deliver email and text message notifications.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of EonKarma or our users.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data and restricted access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data and will notify you as required by law in the event of a breach affecting your information.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

7. Household Members and Minors

EonKarma allows an adult account holder to add household or family members to their account, which may include minors. In these cases, the adult account holder is responsible for the information entered on behalf of any minor household member. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information outside of this household structure, please contact us so we can address it.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
