EonKarma offers a 9-day free trial. You will not be charged until day 9 of your trial, and only if you have added a payment method and have not canceled before then.
Subscription charges are billed in advance for each billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using EonKarma as intended, contact us at support@eonkarma.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request.
Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Canceling stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
All payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited, who also handles refund processing on our behalf.
