These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EonKarma application and related services (the "Service"), operated by EonKarma Global LLC ("EonKarma," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old to create your own EonKarma account. An adult account holder may add household or family members to their account, including minors, and is responsible for managing that information on the minor's behalf. Connecting a bank account requires you to be at least 18 years old, regardless of your account's signup age, with no exceptions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the email below if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
EonKarma is a personal growth and life-organization application built around seven core areas of life ("Pillars"): Health, Work & Purpose, Finances, Family & Relationships, Mental Wellness, Growth, and Community. The core Pillars leveling system is free to use at every subscription tier. Optional premium add-ons may be purchased separately and are layered on top of the free core experience.
EonKarma is not a medical provider, financial advisor, or licensed professional service. Information you track or view within the Service (health data, financial summaries, etc.) is provided for your own personal insight and organization only, and is not medical or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical or financial decisions.
If you choose to connect a bank account via Plaid, you authorize EonKarma to receive read-only access to the account information you approve. EonKarma cannot initiate transfers, payments, or withdrawals from any connected bank account.
Optional premium features are billed through our payment processor. Prices, billing terms, and cancellation options are presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings; access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data, interfering with the Service's normal operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
EonKarma takes serious security or safety violations seriously. Depending on the severity of a violation, we may suspend or permanently terminate an account, with or without prior notice, at our discretion. Where an account is suspended pending review, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide a path to appeal, except in cases involving serious or repeated violations, where reinstatement may be limited or unavailable. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EonKarma Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
